6-Month Replacement Warranty

At Catpillars, we believe toys should last beyond the first few days of excitement.
That’s why selected products are covered by a 6-month replacement warranty against manufacturing or functional defects.

What the Warranty Covers

Our 6-month warranty covers operational or functional issues that occur under normal use, including:

  • Product not functioning as intended

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Internal operational failures

If the issue is verified, we will provide a replacement for the same product.

What the Warranty Does NOT Cover

The warranty does not apply to:

  • Physical or visible damage

  • Accidental damage

  • Damage caused by misuse, rough handling, or improper use

  • Water damage (unless the product is clearly labeled waterproof)

  • Normal wear and tear over time

  • Products altered, repaired, or modified by the customer

How to Claim Warranty

To request a warranty replacement, please email Support@catpillar.us with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear video showing the issue with the product

Photos alone may not be sufficient for verification.

Our support team will review your request and respond within 24–48 business hours.

Verification & Approval

All warranty claims are subject to verification.
Once approved, a replacement will be shipped at no additional cost.

If a replacement is not possible due to stock unavailability or other reasons, an alternative resolution may be offered at our discretion.

Important Notes

  • Warranty claims must be made within 6 months from the date of delivery

  • Claims submitted without proper proof may be delayed or rejected

  • Warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable
